“Pictures of the isolation facilities in Daet, Camarines Norte. NO FOOD SUPPLIED; NO Running water. Only fetched water which is unsafe; NO lavatory in the toilet,” panimula ng kaniyang post.

“We (whole family) were taken away from the comfort of our home and was brought to this filthy facility, without a ‘commitment order,’ by the staff of Brgy. VII, Daet, Camarines Norte, at the behest of Mayor Benito Ochoa, after my wife’s swab test was positive, despite the fact that my wife was already confined in the hospital prior to the arrival of the said result and the fact that we’re already in home quarantine,” salaysay niya.

“Sad reality of the implementation… Paano kayo magiging safe, sound, and healthy diyan?” sabi ng isa.

Turan naman ng isa, “Though IATF has a standard or system of how things should be, sad to say that there is no near fool proof mechanism or scorecard that those are complied with; if none, no amount of Bayanihan Fund will be enough.”

“The problem really is not lack of fund but the right and efficient use of funds,” saad naman ng isa.

Samantala, ipinaalam na rin ang sitwasyong ito sa Department of Interior and Local Government o DILG subalit wala pa ring tugon ang kagawaran hinggil dito.
