Ayon sa post: “A lot of paying customers were stopped from the cinema entrance and was asked to surrender the food they bought IN THE MALL or eat it outside quickly.
“A hungry lady who bought nachos was asked to leave it at the entrance…
“It annoyed me so much when I literally saw a lola who was denied her bottled drink just because she purchased it from SM Hypermart and not in Snack Time…
“Some people requested for a refund of their tickets but all they can give is a movie voucher.
“Why would you deny customers their own choice of comfort food while they enjoy a movie they paid for? Why would you also block other food establishments from making a sale?”
Ayon sa post “Due to complaints we received from some guests, kindly refrain from bringing in food and drink such as:
1. Rice and Pasta Meals; 2. Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages in glass, bottles and can; 3. Food items with sauces (such as vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce); and 4. Food on stick
We encourage our guests to bring Snack Time food and drinks inside cinema. We ask for your kind understanding on the matter. Thank you.”
